Too low prices

What could be the reason for such low prices from local sellers (not AI)?
Is this only a consequence of the depression in the economy (gdp -44%)? Is it a game mechanism or a bug?

Please try the following new feature in v6.1.03, which should resolve the problem you encountered.

On the New Game Settings menu, a new option has been added for setting the aggressiveness of AI pricing strategy. It determines how far the AI companies will go in lowering prices of their products in order to grab market share from competitors. When this is set to low, you can expect most products to enjoy healthy profit margins and companies will be in general more profitable.
The original Competitor Aggressiveness option has been renamed as “AI Expansion Aggressiveness”, which determines how aggressive AI companies are in pursuing business expansions.

Still, I think it's a bug. Local suppliers can not give such a low price for products. This makes no sense, since the cost is near this price. And this is not the influence of AI competitors, they are not in the market at all.
