As you know, this forum is powered by PhpBB.

I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions for improving this forum to make your experience of using this form an even better one?

There is a library of extensions for PhpBB, as you can see in the following links. If you find any of them that will be useful for this forum, please suggest to us.

David:

The use of polls has become important for determining implementation of suggestions. Although I have reviewed some poll examples, I am unable to see how to create one. Instructions for creating a poll would be helpful for those of us who can't determine the exact methodology for creating a poll.

Thank you.

For the current forum I think there's more modern alternatives to PhpBB I'd suggest something like Discourse (https://www.discourse.org/) otherwise a different more modern style/theme could also be a nice improvement. Also I've made a subreddit a while ago you can find it at https://www.reddit.com/r/capitalismlab/ I think it's a great addition and can promote both the game and the forum and improve community feedback, there's not a lot of people but it has potential to grow.

It would be nice if the search function didn't ignore word due to being too common.

Once I needed info on advertising units and therefore typed "advertising units" in the search box.

So even if it was actually a very specific search I got no results because both words were ignored.

I have changed the search settings as you suggested. It now processes searches for common words.
