Poll: Interface for Making loans to corporates selectively

Regarding the suggestion of making loans to corporates selectively at http://www.capitalism2.com/forum/viewto ... =52&t=7064, which of the following two interfaces do you prefer:
Interface 1) Show a list of corporations and display a checkbox [X] for each of them for toggling whether to lend to the corporation or not.
Interface 2) Show a list of corporations and display a slider for each of them for reducing the loan credit limit to a specific percentage. (e.g. if you set it to 30%, the loan credit limit will be 30% of the original amount.)
