Game Crash with banking dlc release

Hello, i am running a bank, with another bank as my subsidiary, whenever i have insufficient cash to pay off a loan i get this pop up, and then shortly after, i will get a blue window saying "you do not have sufficient cash to pay this loan" with no options to select. if you need more pictures, feel free to ask.
