just press the Right botton of the mouse and the the % going to 5% in few seconds,

Why not just keep it consistent with how it works with the local stock market?

Because a single percentage of the market cap of a global stock is typically much larger than that of a local stock. This would make it impossible to set the purchase amount in reasonable increments and decrements. (Each increment and decrement will be way too large.)
We have implemented the following improvement and it will be available in the next update v6.2.00.
