Risk Management tool to the banks?

Risk Management is one of the most relevant parts of the banking management and its operations, the game is a simulator, and definely need to cover (even in the simple way) some basic aspects of the banking industry (Commercial Banks in this case), so with this i propouse to add this simple risk manager like the real banks do it.
How it works? Simple, the player can choose a (%) of the total amount that the lending and keep this (%) in the cash of the bank.
Why this usefull? With this the player can manage the risk of default keeping some money in reserve and reduced risk of the bank stay out of cash and the player can be a more agressive bank or more conservative if they want (this add a more personal, personality and posibilities to the bank)

! This feature can be usefull to control and better manage the Bank Capital Ratio if the Development Team change the Capital Ratio Formula, because this afect the liquidy of the bank and improve the Cash of the bank like in the real world. ! (I will put this in another Post/Poll)
