HI,

Sometimes we need to change strategy on the way. For the company where we are de CEO is very easy to change all the C-levels, but when we need to do that in a subsidiary that is a huge limitation in the change plans.
My suggestion is to add an option to fire a subsidiary CEO, and another one to change CEOs between 2 subsidiaries. Both action are very common for a chairman, especially in a Holding company.

It would be very nice for a strategic play.

They are already in the game, you need to build subsidary HQ, and from there you can change or fire your CEO.

Not really, you just can replace the CEO by a new one from the markt, but you can fire him. This generates 2 problems, you can't re-hire the CEO to another subsidiary since the previous change will drive a relation problem and he will reject a new job with you and the other problem is it is imposible to change 2 CEOs between 2 subsidiaries, you will loose both.
