This will be fixed in the next update v6.3.06.

Here help uses text for City Graphs 2/Wage Rate. For help is used text from E_WAGE in help.txt.
The error is marked with a red square.

All the issues you reported have been fixed in the latest version 6.3.06, which you may download from:
