Got "Server Connection Error" and Can only load game

Hi,
Since this afternoon I got this error after login to the game and get to the main menu. Please check the screen below.
I've turn off all antivirus software and windows firewall, and I also tried putting these game programs including capmain.exe and capstart.exe into the exclusion list in the firewall setting, but at last the error is still there. I also turned off wireless network and used cable but the error is still there.
I don't think there's any change in computer environment, so maybe it's problem on the server side? Today I installed and played the game in my office and it's all fine there. So does that mean one account can only install and play the game in one computer?
