This may not belong to tech support, but is there a way to decode and edit save files? I've tried decoding from SPSS but haven't had much luck with it. The reason for all this is I'd like to turn on reverse inflation without having to start a new game, is there any way to do that?

Please be informed that it is not possible to change the game settings, that are set on the New Game Setup menu, in the middle of a game.
