Bug with subsidiaries

Windows 10 Home, 64b, Capitalism Lab, version 6.4.11 Release.
Custom game>difficulty rating 323%> Challenge game on.
I transferred Headquarter, clicked on subsidiaries firm and received crash.

Please note that this patch v6.4.11 must be applied on top of version 6.4.07 or later. If you haven't installed it, please download the full

I installed v 6.4.12. It works. Thank you!
I started to play in Challenge game (Food and Beverage) and I did not find Stock Exchange in Information center straight away.
But I found it
Information center> Corporations> Financial Overview> Stock Price> Stock Exchange
Why go to all this trouble?
