Special Dividend where?

Noticed a few bugs, but the game is absolutely playable and enjoyable. But, where is the special dividend option with the banking dlc? In my game, the option is simply not there. Not unenjoyable, there are work arounds.
Fantastic job you did with this DLC. However, insurance seems to be overly potent when it comes to raking in cash.

Please download the post-release version 6.5.05 which introduces the Special Dividend feature:

The underwriting profit of insurance companies have been adjusted lower in v6.5.05 as well. Please give it a try.
