R&D New Product disappears

v6.5.14, all DLC's enabled (except CES)
Sometimes when you research a new product in an R&D center and you cancel that research for whatever reason, that product is all of a sudden no longer re searchable.
How to reproduce:
Step 1. Load Save Game attached to this post
Step 2. Be bedazzled at my fledgling software company ...
Step 3. setup R&D center for either computer or communication devices and R&D New Product, I recommend 'Notebook' or 'Camera Phone'.
Step 4. Cancel said Research New Product.
Step 5. Suffer immense sadness as you cannot research this product ever again ...
Currently my latest save (much later in the game) of this game is bugged because of this ... I sadly cannot research notebooks because I canceled them and wanted to focus first on regular desktops ... Guess I'll wait for the AI to research it and hope I can buy the tech from them to start regular R&D.
this bug does not seem to appear on a fresh start or much earlier saves (already tested it) no clue why it does here then. Thats why I attached the savegame.

Can't upload SAV files directly somehow ... so sent it in .zip format instead using 7zip.
