When my company sell most shares of a listed company to myself, the market value changed rapidly and unreasonably.

How exactly did you sell the most shares of the listed company to yourself? Could you please explain in more detail?

In all the 3 screenshots you posted, your company is holding the same 99.9% shares of that company. It doesn't appear that you have bought additional shares from the other shareholder.

It will be helpful if you could explain the exact steps --- what buttons you clicked or what actions you took.

After a more in-depth investigation, I've found the true cause of the drastically shrunk market cap.

The special dividend you ordered your subsidiary company to pay out has reduced the shareholders' equity of your company so massively that its equity per share plunged to less than $0.01 per share from its original $215. The stock price thus fell in tandem with the equity value, triggering a forced reverse stock split of 1000-to-1, which brought the stock price back to a level similar to what it was before the payout of special dividend. But the total number of outstanding shares is now 1000 times fewer than before, all thanks to the special dividend that you decided to pay out in the first place.
