Hello. After some cursory research, I find that the definition of "Venture Capitalist" needs some further explanation.

As far as I'm concerned, the most important elements to add are

• They invest in companies with a very high growth potential.
• VC encounter high failure rates due to the uncertainty associated with new and unproven businesses.
• VC are looking for a strong management team, a large potential market and a unique product or service with a strong competitive advantage.
