Removing micromanagement of tech salaries

As you know, if you don't routinely increase your Software Employees' salary, they are going to resign. The problem is this is extremely tedious when you have a lot of software firms. The COO should be able to be put in charge of keeping Employee loyalty at or above a certain number.

Just to be clear, this has nothing to do with inflation, which isn't even enabled in the Digital Age scenario I'm playing (the first one).

I agree with this suggestion. You should create a poll, i.e., do you want to be able to automatically adjust talent salaries to maintain loyalty.

You could set the option "Talent System" to Simplified.
Description: If this is set to Simplified, all talents start with a skill level of 50. If this is set to Greatly Simplified, loyalty and headhunting features of the talent system are disabled too.

OP's issue isn't with the talent system in general. It is about the micromanaging of the salaries. In my current game using the Real World Mod, I have 40 software researching the different software technologies. That means visiting 40 different firms and increasing the salaries to maintain loyalty. Add in the additional 13 R&D centers and that is a lot of clicking just to manage salaries.
What does it takes to add a tick box that directs a COO/CEO/CTO to auto manage talent salaries?
