At times, you simply have to headhunt talents because you want to start with the best of the best. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to identify where potential headhunting targets are without first building an R&D center. This is similar to the original problem with locating talents in general. I suggest adding a column to the "View Talents" screen labeled Headhunting. Because of space limitations, column headings will require two rows.
