UI Improvement: Tech by Product Class

It would help me out a lot when managing my R&D if I could see technology by product class. Possible solutions would be to filter the results to see a specific product class or if it was noted along the side of the product and the products were listed by product class.

Filtering and sorting of lists is needed all over Cap Lab.

Choosing a CEO with specific skills is much more tedious than it should be.
You should be able to sort the list by a chosen skill and filter out unavailable
applicants.

Could it be implemented globally, rather than list by list as people request it ?

This is a good suggestion. Any concrete ideas about where to add the display of product class as the screen space is already fully utilized?
