Is there any way to make a script where Ai is only focusing on manufacturing?

Sadly there is no AI that focuses on manufacturing.

It would be pretty awesome if there was though but as a player you'll quickly understand that AI players are d***s and would rather lose money or quality on products then buy from you even for reasonable rates

Seriously ... I've tried many times to play a steel production game and every single time AI's will decide to setup their own blatant unprofitable steel production schemes just to mess me up
