Email Change Not Working

I have tried to change the email for my account since I no longer have access to my old email. But the verification message that is supposed to be sent to my new email is never received. I have tried numerous times but I have never gotten the verification email. I have emailed info@enlight.com twice but haven't yet gotten a response. My account username is MoggTheOtherTwin. Could anyone here help me? Thanks.
