Add Filter results by buildings for sale?

Hello,
How about adding to the game the option of filtering in search results of buildings for sale.
If you want to buy a building then you no longer need to look for buildings for sale on a huge list
You can simply filter in the search that the results will only show buildings for sale ...
For example, look at a picture.

Adding search filters at the game its a good idea not only for buildings, what do you think?

There is already an option for showing firms for sale.

There is only one translator on the project and it would be nice if there were more people on it.
It is the same for French and Portuguese

I do use the Russian language in the game, but I do not know Russian very well to translate - I do not live in Russia - it is just more comfortable for me because I was born in Ukraine and the Russian language is closest to the Ukrainian language

Of course, you can do your own language, but you'll need translate all the sentences by yourself.
