Buying the game

I want to buy the complete game, isn't there a bundle that includes the Banking and Finances DLC? So far I found a way to buy the game plus 3 DLCs. Do I have to buy it separately?

Thanks for your reply. It's extremely odd, I ended up buying the two things separately, but it doesn't seem right.
I don't know what to do, I might end up asking for a refund.
