Hi guys,

Long time lurker and player, absolutely love the progress with the DLCs over the years!

I love the game and have some ideas that hopefully may be implemented one day in an update, or even a paid DLC which I would gladly pay for.

Business Deals DLC
I wanted to ask if there is anything planned (or if it would be possible) for a Business deal themed DLC? Agreements and contracts for example.

A few ideas that come to mind:

• Agreement for Player to supply AI company with X amount of a certain product/resource per month for a certain period of time at an agreed rate, or market rate with a contract price
  i.e. AI guarantees to buy X per month for 60% of the unit price or agrees to pay a fixed $10m if you fulfil this contract at the end of the term.

• Agreement to become the exclusive dealer/retailer for certain products from other companies.
  i.e. we'll pay a 120% per unit or a fixed fee of $10m if you only wholesale your Desktop computer to us and nobody else for the next 5 years

• Agreement between companies to boycott other companies products/resources.
  i.e. we'll pay you $10m if you stop purchasing XYZ Industries products for the next 12 months or we both agree to not stock their products if the deal is mutually beneficial.

• Agreement to not sell certain products or categories in certain cities for a period of time. There could even be fees or advances involved (Agreed territories for companies)
  i.e. Give us $15m and we will not sell Computer products in this city for 5 years.

The % / $ and timeframes could all be negotiable, obviously with the longer timeframe meaning more % or $. A commission structure could work too as a way to form business deals for players/ai with low capital. Supply us with X and you will receive 20% of every unit we sell, instead of paying for resources etc upfront.


Stock Market (Probably an update to the Finance DLC? But again I am happy for it to be a separate DLC)
The stock market at the moment is awesome, the progress of it has been amazing especially with the latest banking and finance DLC!

A few ideas I would love to see are:

• Seed funding for startup companies, the ability to invest pre-IPO with Series A or B funding. The player could also have a financial action to attempt to raise funds via Series A & B funding. This would be a great way to also have the public billionaires invest pre-IPO when realistic money supply is enabled.
  i.e. Raise $100M in Series A funding, with the promise to go public within 5 years. Series A investor(s) will receive X% of shares when you IPO.

• Stock shorting: On the surface this seems simple, however I have no idea what is involved on the back end. The same as shorting in real life, but here's how I see it play out with the games current interfaces - essentially you can approach shareholders in the stock market menu with buy/offer, sell/offer or "borrow/short". When shorting, let's say you have a hard deadline of 1, 2 or 5 years with a monthly % interest fee based off what the stocks were worth at the time you "borrowed" them. They then become your stocks, as if you bought them, allowing you to sell them whenever you please, however once the deadline is up you must return the borrowed amount of stocks back to the original shareholder.

I confess I loved your idea. I really like the idea of ​​closing a contract with the AI ​​to supply X product. The idea of ​​becoming an exclusive reseller is really cool too. I would like to suggest that you add poll to your suggestion so that people can vote.
