【Bug】债券发行后闪退的Bug

在自定义游戏中，发现一个发行债券后闪退的bug。
一、版本号：7.1.06 Release
二、DLC/MOD的加载：
1、DLC：
子公司
数字时代
银行保险
市政经济模拟
2、MOD：无
三、 Bug简述；
母、子公司大量发行债券后，点击进入“债券市场”， 再点击进入“财务运作”，任意一家公司点击“发行新债券”后，弹出错误。
触发流程：
1、大量发行债券；
2、点击债券市场；
3、点击财务运作；
4、点击发行新债券；
四、附件
1、含bug的存档，见附件：QuickSave.SAV.zip 2、弹出的错误提示，见附件：闪退的提示.zip

There is a bug when issued bonds, that leads to the game is exited.
the VERSION is 7.1.06 Release.
the DLC used: subsidiary, city economic simulation, digital age, bank and insurance
how to happened:
Firstly, many bonds are issued by player companies.
secondly, open " bonds market".
then, open "financial actions".
finally, click "issue new bonds" in any company.
When you follow the above steps, the game will flash back and you will receive an error message.
