你好，大卫！
请按照以下步骤复现bug：
前提：市政模拟DLC已经开启。
步骤：
1、进入游戏，切换到市政视角。
2、使用修路菜单（为什么不能滚轮缩放呢？）。
3、在河流的两边连接道路。

This bug will be fixed in the next patch v7.1.08.
