One of the factors that determine the overall rating of a commercial building is the distance to the central business district (CBD).

But it does not shwon the rating to CBD.
Please see the picture attached. I also attached my savegame for checking.

Update: i found out that the CBD is in the south west of the city.
The Ai has also a commercial bulding there and his CBD rating ist high. So it seems that the red dot on the minimap is set on the wrong place.

Is this a bug?

I've forwarded the file to the programmer and he will investigate the problem.
