Tutorial 4: text does not match game values

When discussing the branding of Jeans and how the concern is distributed, the values in the text box do not match with those in the game. See below.

This issue will be fixed in the next version 8.1.00.

Can we have the dynamic concern back in normal game? Maybe it should stay frozen during tutorials but during a normal game it made sense that every city had a different concern dynamic that was always a bit different from another city, it was at least more realistic that way instead of all cities having the same values
