Add tech for Telecoms?

Hi everyone! This is my first post on this forum, and my english isn't perfect. So, do not judge strictly, please 
For now, Telecoms have only one limitation (Infrastructure Capacity), so after some time you can easily earn millions on it. But, AI easily can built own Telecom and take 50% of your profit. You can reduce the price, but it won't help, because AI's Telecom will be still profitable. In Internet Company we have technologies,so you can invest in R&D and maintain your market share due to technological advantage. So, why there is no technologies for Telecom? Also, it would be cool to add same thing into radio and TV.
