Toggle to enable free land (buildable zone) and shares buyout percentage

Hi CapLabbers,
I have couple of suggestions:
1. On late games it becomes rather hard to spot where is a free building zone (non-occupied by other buildings), so can we have a filter/toggle on the map showing what land is available to build on?
2. Increase the limit of maximum shares buyout - currently limited to 5% per action, can we increase it? (or allow full controlling 50%+ shares buyout of competitor, if for example the CEO/Board of directors are happy aka the offered price is high enough?)
This of course can be included in the Experimental DLC as an option
