Here 3 small ideas / suggestions.

Thank you for the hint. But im still not shure about the two nice to have things.

1. About the availability traffic light thing.
a. Is it better green : own company / orange : subsidiary company / red : ports and other comanies
b. Or is it better grren own company / orange : all other companys including subsidiary company / red : ports

The idea behind is to easy see if it´s posible to produce with the existing factories.

2. Natural resources land prices.
a. Complet decoupling from the land price index
b. Only a factor for adjustment dependet on the land price index

I notice that companies dies early in the game with some settings of land prices. (most in modded games) Because they build factories but no company is able to buy natural resources site. Or the land prices are to low and a building spamming is possible.
