Capitalism 2 and Capitalism Lab Forum

Hello friends, after playing Capitalism 2 for a long time, I switched to Lab, but I cannot figure out the sales logic, my utilization bar always stays at zero? How can I solve this? I'm losing money by not being able to sell.
