Retail price micromanagement?

I played Capitalism 2 many years ago. I'm considering purchasing Capitalism Lab.

Is there still a lot of micromanagement needed with the setting of prices in retail? I remember needing to check my prices regularly to ensure they were still appropriate. Having multiple stores became a real chore. I know you could hire a CEO to manage prices, but I remember the salaries were extortionate. Has any price automation been added to the game? One would assume the individual store managers would have some responsibility in ensuring price setting?

You can use a script to modify the salaries of COO and other executives.

For details, please see:

For example, if you set it to 1, their salaries in that particular game will be 1% of normal amounts.

About managing prices, is there a screen/scrip in the game to control them?
I ask because, otherwise, I have to open each retail item individually to check, or I can access the product screen and check on by one to check.

You can hire a COO to manage prices for you.
