CES DLC - Political Party funds are not affected by inflation

If you have inverted inflation the amount of money a political party has does not decline from inflation:

That number above never changes no matter what the purchasing power index is.

I've forwarded this to the dev team. It will be fixed in the next version 10.0.29.
