Small suggestions to be added to 10.0 for city economic dlc

-In history perhaps add "ran for mayor" and if they are party executive?
-City graphs are pretty unreadable (years wise) to compare how each mayor did over their terms, Perhaps this can be improved?
-I think it would also be super useful to show and track history of policy changes in a city, This will be nice to determine if I want to donate to a political party or not
-and also city rankings over time and quality of life (per ranking) changes overtime
I think the big things are showing data more clearly and tracking history - especially when it comes to cities. It can help us view the economic background and history of the city much better, and to see what policies mayors implemented and failed.
