Hello all,

If i want to hire an employee they all have 0 rating points.
My COO f*cked up my profits when i hired him.
How can i get and give them rating points for the employees?

You can set the "AI Expertise Level" option to have persons with expertise levels in the game.

On top of what David mentioned you can also allocate points in game via the Knowledge Points System as well:
