The bug has been fixed in the latest update v11.0.15 which can you download from viewtopic.php?t=9970
Please note that the save game file structure in this version has been altered, thus save games from previous versions are no longer with this version.

In v11.0.14, you may get around this bug by pressing F1 key first to open the manufacturer's guide after loading the game, then it will not crash when clicking the 'Info' button.
