Error For creating new building

Checked my all "L" "M" "S" are in size of 800x600 *.PNG file.
But still got error message :-

Error Loading from MOD: Building sprite FTYC.SPR exceeds 800x600

Do not know how to fix.

Anyone knows the reason why?

The background color must be pure green color (RBG values should be 0, 0, 255).

This particular step is very important and please check your images to make sure that you don't have other green colors that are not having the exact RGB values of 0,0,255 on the background.

I have followed the instruction and also make the background in pure RBG as 0,0,255.
But still does not work and show the error message as screenshot...

I recommend that you convert your PNG from 32 bit to 24 bit. You may also try 8 bit if 24 bit does not work.
