Edit: It also seems that when running 2 cities with 1 seaport, the first industrial port's Electron, Plastic, and Glass never changes, along with the second industial port's steel.

In the first case, I noticed that the products of the single city's single seaport can be dictated by the number of competitors chosen in the options, so our actual products may vary based on your options compared to mine.
