Suggestion: CTO options

A button to choose if the CTO can or not change the product in R&D center because sometimes the CTO produces technologies who I don't want.

How do I add a poll?
Edit your first poll. Below the Submit button you see an area to upload attachments and below that is an option to add polls.

This is a good idea and easy to implement. We will add it to the improvement task list for new versions after the release.

Latest update: our programmer has implemented this and it will be available in the next patch.
