Please try this solution:

Download the full installer v2.6.20 from: http://www.capitalismlab.com/forum/view ... f=7&t=2329

Then install the game, and start a new game.

If the problem still occurs, please send me the save game. (You can enable Auto Save and save me the latest auto save game)
