No expertise levels?

Hey all,

Noticed that all persons don't have any expertise in stock game? is this supposed to be like this or is this a small bug?

And if its supposed to be like this, is there a script/mod available to add expertise levels randomly?

Have you tried set up competitors expertise level in new game menu?

Plus, there is always one persone without competences just after player in persons list, this is feature.
