Land Purchasing Size Blocks + COO more power

So Whenever I play or try to make a real estate empire I buy a swath of land and place buildings on it, but 3x3 is a pain if you need to buy a big swath so I would like if there was a option to have a custom size of land to buy so you could buy like 10 x 10 or 20 x 20. I would also like the COO to be able to change the production of factories and its layout same with all the other properties and to be able to buy buildings to benefit the corporation with a budget either as amount of money or as percentage of profits

In essence what I am suggesting is:

1. The ability to set a custom amount of land to buy for the land buying feature
2. A COO that can change a factory's production,layout same for stores and all other types of buildings
3. A COO who can buy buildings on the owners behalf with a set budget (This is for if you are closely monitoring something else while playing)
