I go to do the new installer and I get thstvtbis 3.0.10 version not 3.0.11.

OK so I got the ipo to work correctly but still having problems on the dividend side. I started new game and fast forward 2 yrs and still no div but my two subs are worth 4B.
Just to clarify the "I delcare div" needs to be yellow?

Yes.Just to clarify the "I delcare div" needs to be yellow?
I tested it and I was able to receive dividends from my subsidiaries.

I think I have the dividend figured out. It only pays if the company has gone public. It doesn't pay if the sub is still a private company.
