I received a similar error when I started a new game (as well as saved games) and clicking on Financial Actions: "GroupArray[] is deleted. Error codes: 0,17" I uninstalled then reinstalled and still no joy (v3.0.11+v3.0.14). No mods/scripts used.

Same here ! Crash when going to financial actions after creating a new game with and without scripts/mods.
The code line for the error isnt always the same though.
