I would like to see a option where you can give shares to your COO in lieu of a salary. Also you should be able to give shares or cash bonus to your COO if he has done a good job for you.
I was in a bit of a hole where i wasn't making any money or loosing any money. However i hired Warren Buffet as the COO and he got me back to profitability. This where i got the idea about Share Options. The shares and cash options could be incorporated when when he asks for a raise in salary.
