Sports and Civic Building Costs

the function of civic and sports buildings is pretty cool, but their expenses donation are permanent and that is a problem when my still small corporation and is to the detriment, I wish I could do something about these expenses disabling these building.

it would also be nice if these expenses did not exist and the value of the building facility was greater

I would like to see them have a funding scale, the more you fund it the more effect the building has... lower funding gives lower bonus better for when monies tight and when you can afford it you could raise funding which makes area more popular...

maybe like the media services where raising monthly add spending increases quality if broadcasts/rating
