Allocating Factory Production

I was curious if anyone else think it would be cool to allocate your factory production between internal and external.

Currently, you either sell your product in the open market or only to your own firms.

Could we implemented a feature where you could allocate 35% of factory production for external sale and 65% for internal sale.
