When selecting a crop to grow in a farm, while the select crop menu is up, pressing z will activate the manager menu.
Should be deactivated to scroll the selection to z products.
Using Real World Mod, found with Zucchini, I don't think there is a z crop in vanilla.
Shortcut key remains active while selecting crop 3.0.17
