Error in hiring a new CEO for a startup subsidiary

Game crashes when starting a new subsidiary company and then hiring a new CEO for it.

There was a missing file in the patch. The patch issue has been corrected.

Please download the updated file (the same version 3.1.17C) from http://www.capitalismlab.com/capserver/ ... E3017C.zip
