Wow, i hired an aggressive guy for CEO and he decided to apparently take out a huge loan to purchase tech and then immediatly declare bankruptcy.

If it wasn't apparent, Amazon was my sub.

By the lack of replies i take that this is an intended behavior for AI subsidiaries?

tech for 190 million? you got tech modifier raised to max, and buy the A.I.'s Tech-Purchase-Mania they go insta bankrypt its not only your subsidary corp but plenty fresh start-up corps come into game, borrow to max, buy techs they never use and go instant bancrupt hence pushing the tech sellers to multi billion profits per year. had a game where within 3 days 25 tech purchases where made w/o tech modifier, else it would have wiped out 50% of the A.I. corps in those 3 days but it was still about 600 million cash for 2 corporations in just 3 days un balancing the whole game.
